Specifically this study aims to: determine the management used to be the recruitment agents and supervisors on AJB Bumiputera 1912, to know the management of selection used to be agents and supervisors on AJB Bumiputera 1912, knowing the performance results of the employee recruitment and selection on AJB Bumiputera 1912, and in this study, a qualitative approach is used because this approach is well-suited to research about the management of recruitment and selection with data collection and observation directly. Descriptive research aims to solve the problem with describing, the State, the object/subject, and also based on the fact or actual conditions as it is at the time the research was conducted. The method of recruitment for agents used by AJB Bumiputera 1912 KC. Batu – East Java is a method of external recruitment and methods of recruitment for the supervisor used is an internal recruitment method. Stages of selection for agent used is the test and stages of selection for supervisors use only test knowledge and skills in the form of an exam supervisor. The performance results of the employee recruitment and selection period of 2012 - 2014 did not experience an increase in achievement of the period a year earlier.
